As a Chemistry teacher at Paxon School for Advanced Studies, I coordinated science fair participation schoolwide by building a website for paperwork submissions, instructions, interactions, and live updates. I volunteered at NEFRSEF by screening student projects for compliance with ISEF regulations, and I also recruited judges with careers in science from the local community.
