Despite being an English major, I entered the “Capital Ideas” contest for the School of Business. I used Photoshop and PowerPoint to design a music chair for deaf people. I linked out to the existing technology that could convert specific components of music to physical sensations. I delivered the presentation on stage to the Dean of the Business School and the Vice President of the college. My design won third place in the competition.
