Converted bookkeeping from DOS-based Peachtree to Windows-based QuickBooks. Modified Cougar Mountain payroll software to electronically retrieve timecard data from remote facilities. Implemented electronic direct deposit. Implemented scanning of personnel records, which allowed for desktop document retrieval and eliminated store-room excavations. Enhanced production reports in Excel to include overhead and reveal true profit.
